We want you to be happy with your subscription to XP Reselling. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Free Subscriptions
If you are on a free subscription you can cancel any time, and no refund is due. If you upgrade to our paid plan, normal refund terms apply.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, but we’ll always look into your situation. We may issue a refund if:

You were charged more than once by mistake.

There was a technical issue on our side that stopped you from using the service.

You’re entitled to one under local consumer laws (for example, a 14-day cooling-off period in the UK or EU).
We’re not able to offer refunds for:

Partially used subscription periods.

Cancellations made after renewal.

Change of mind once the service has been accessed or used.
How to Request a Refund
If you think you’re eligible for a refund, please contact us at team@xp-reselling.com within 14 days of your payment. Include your account email and a brief explanation of what happened — we’ll get back to you within a few business days.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription any time from your account settings. You’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
