Most problems are solved in a couple of clicks.
Common problems
This usually happens when:
- You already have an active membership, and
- You try to buy XP again from the product page
The app blocks it to avoid charging you twice.
What you should do instead:
Go to Account → Manage membership → See more details → To upgrade membership.
and upgrade/downgrade from there.
Check these steps:
- Are you using the same email you used to buy your XP membership?
- You don’t need a password at first.
We send a one-time access code to your email, as long as you use the same email you used for your membership. - Try a different browser or incognito window (sometimes cache/cookies cause issues).
If it still doesn’t work, contact support with:
- The email you’re trying to use
- A screenshot of the error
- Confirmation that you have an active XP membership
We’ll check your account and connect everything for you.

- Email check
Make sure you received: Your XP order confirmation email Your “Manage membership / subscription” email - Log in with the correct email Go to xp-reselling.com → Account Log in with the same email you used at checkout
- Check B2B access
Try logging into OG Kicks B2B with that same email
If it still doesn’t work, contact support with:
- Your full name
- Your email
- Your XP order number
- What exactly you can’t see (XP dashboard, B2B prices, Discord role, etc.)
We’ll review and activate anything that’s missing.
Please check this:
- Correct email
Make sure you’re logged in to OG Kicks B2B with the same email you used for your XP membership. - Log out / Log in again
Log out from OG Kicks B2B and log in again with the correct email. - Wait a bit
If you just upgraded or just joined, give it a few minutes to sync. - Try another browser
As a last option, clear your browser cache or try from another browser / incognito window. - Still not working?

After you join XP (Free or Pro)
Once you complete the payment for your XP membership, you’ll receive two important emails:
- Discord access
Subject: “Connect your Discord. Unlock the XP system”
This email lets you connect your Discord account to XP and unlock the community and channels that match your plan. - OG Kicks B2B access
Subject: “Your OG Kicks B2B access is now live”
This email contains your access to the OG Kicks B2B store so you can see member-only prices and live inventory.
Remember: You’ll only be able to access Discord and our B2B store using the same email and user details you gave us when you bought your membership.
Managing your XP membership
If you need a break, you don’t have to cancel. You can pause your XP membership from your customer portal.
- Go to xp-reselling.com
- Click “Account” (top right) and log in with the same email you used for your XP membership
- Click “Manage membership”
- Click “See more details”
- In the subscription actions, select “Pause subscription”
- Choose how long you want to pause it (or the resume date, if Appstle shows one)
- Confirm
While your membership is paused:
- You won’t be charged
- Your XP benefits, B2B access and Discord role may be temporarily limited or paused
- When the pause ends or you manually resume, your plan and access will reactivate automatically.
If you’re not sure whether to cancel or pause, pausing is usually the best option – you keep your settings and can come back faster.
If you paused your XP membership, you can resume it at any time from your customer portal.
- Go to xp-reselling.com
- Click “Account” and log in with the same email you used for your membership
- Click “Manage membership”
- Click “See more details”
- Click the “Resume subscription” button
- Confirm
When you resume:
- Your XP membership becomes active again
- Future payments restart according to your plan
- Your XP benefits, OG Kicks B2B access and Discord role will be reactivated
To access your XP membership:
- Go to xp-reselling.com
- Click “Account” (top right)
- Log in using the same email you used to buy your membership
- Inside your account, click “Manage membership”
- Then click “See more details”
From this page you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your membership
- See your upcoming renewals
- Update your billing details
- Change your payment method
- Cancel your membership (hopefully after using your guarantee and our mentoring to improve your results).
If you already have an active membership and try to buy XP again from the product page, the app will show a message like:
“You already have an active subscription. Please manage it from your customer portal.”
or “Already part of XP Free?
- Go to your account
- Manage Membership
- See more details
- Membership details
- Click Upgrade membership”
This is to:
- Protect you from being charged twice, and
- Ensure you only have one active plan connected to your B2B access.
If you want to change your plan, always use:
Account → Manage membership → See more details → to upgrade membership
To upgrade, don’t buy XP Pro again from the product page.
First, because it won’t work. Second, because if you already are a member, you must upgrade from your portal.

- Go to “Account” → “Manage membership”
- Click “See more details”
- Click “Change plan” or “Upgrade”

But if you really need to downgrade, here’s how:

- Choose the Free plan (or any lower tier available)
- Confirm
Normally:
- You keep your current Pro benefits until the end of your current billing period
- The Free plan starts from your next renewal date
This will be clearly shown before you confirm.

But if you still want to cancel, here are the steps:

- Go to “Account” → “Manage membership”

After cancelling:

This is the login page for B2B customers. Make sure you log in with the same email you used for your XP membership – it’s the only way the system can recognise you as a member and unlock B2B prices.

That’s how we match your membership to your B2B access and prices.
In most cases, access is almost instant after your membership is confirmed.
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for everything to sync between XP and OG Kicks B2B.

Discord community
After you join XP, you’ll receive:
- An email with a link or button to join our Discord server Subject: “Connect your Discord. Unlock the XP system”
Before clicking this link, make sure you are not already logged into Discord with a different account in your browser.
Then:
- Click the link in the email
- Log in or create your Discord account (if needed)
- Join the server
Make sure that the Discord user you connect is the one you want to use with XP.
- If you downgrade (Pro → Free), your Discord role will change and you’ll lose access to Pro-only channels, but keep access to Free/member channels.
- If you cancel your membership, your role will be removed and your access to member channels will be reduced or removed.
Your Discord access is always directly connected to your active XP plan.
